We’re Here to Help!

We understand that maintaining a website can be difficult but we’re here for you, Site Content Editors (SCEs)! The Web Services team offers many options to support your needs whether that be starting a new website at K, providing website editing training and training on chosen plugins, or helping you connect with the appropriate resource to meet your goals.

Need additional support? Please feel free to reach out to WebServices@kzoo.edu to arrange a one-on-one training.

Your Support Services

Website Creation

We can help you start a new website for a department at K or if you are a K employee we can host a blog for you. Support for department websites includes training, design assistance, and content strategy.

Editor Training

Learning WordPress can be challenging, but we can make the experience clearer through editor training. We offer catered training for every role and can continue training as your website becomes more complex.

Website Maintenance

Creating your website is just the beginning. We can also support SCEs in cleaning out and archiving old webpages, improving layouts, and providing a user-friendly experience.

Website Accessibility

As outlined in our website accessibility policy, we continually work with SCEs to ensure accessibility when creating content. SCEs have access to instruction and training from Web Services if needed.

Website Analysis

SCEs may want to improve their website’s performance and can work with us to review analytics, test user interactions, and gather more data.

Complex Forms

We can support SCEs in setting up complex electronic forms that provide an easy and accessible experience but meet robust processes.

WordPress Training

Build your website editing muscles with some WordPress training! Check out a topic of interest and book your training with Web Services. Alternatively, you can access a list of self-guided options for each topic as well.
